At what price CAFTA?

We've extended free trade (and a lot of other things) to Central American countries, but are reducing trade with China. The textile trade we are cutting off is an example of exactly what free trade should be: a simple absence of tariffs and quotas. What replaces it, CAFTA, is nothing but managed trade which even the stauchest libertarians don't support.
